Raccoon Creek Colorado Wedding Photographer ~ What a day!  Raccoon Creek Golf Course in Littleton Colorado was the venue for the day and boy was it perfect for this bride’s vision.  Sun shining through the fields and a trademark Colorado sunset over the pond.  Not to mention the end of the night fireworks, all be it rainy, beautiful non the less.  Kaley and Stephen had a moment before the ceremony to talk through a door as well as exchange a gift.  It was such a touching moment.  Not to mention the moment Kaley’s mom, Sara had with her baby girl.  Tears!  The bride surprised the groom with fun signs as the wedding party came down the aisle.  The last one being one that caused rolling eyes and a smirk.  But once the doors opened and Kaley came within eye sight with both dad and step-dad on her arms, Stephen melted.  After the beautiful ceremony complete with creating a red heart with their thumb prints, it was time to get creative! Kaley wanted a photo of the groomsmen throwing her in the air.  I said, “I’m good with that if you are”.  So, on the first take she went airborne and did just what I told her so that we could see her smiling face.  Me, being the perfectionist that I am, decided to do it one more time.  This time, the guys really went for it.  I captured it but boy was it scary.  There was so much force Kaley couldn’t even keep her head up.  Luckily, this group isn’t just an ordinary group of guys.  Most of the are firefighters.  Needless to say, they caught her with no problem and we decided to move on!

Once we started into the reception, Stephen brought Kaley in on his shoulder like rescue professional he is and the party began.  They met on Match.com so they had a fun little spoof commercial of how they met and the crowd loved it.  Fun toasts, flash mobs, and crazy awesome food and dancing finished out the night with the finally being the wonderful fireworks across the street.  We had a blast and were honored to be the photography team chosen to capture your picture perfect day!
