Mining Exchange Hotel Downtown Colorado Springs Wedding Photographer ~ Brian and Beth, what a couple!  They have been so fun to work with and the amount of emotion they emit is a photographer’s dream.  The Mining Exchange in Colorado Springs is such a beautiful venue, but add in a cute couple like this, and you get amazing photos.  My favorite moment of the day was when the groom and his mom started their dance to a nice slow song but as they moved closer to the back of the dance floor, I saw that something was about to go down!  There was a hat on a chair and as Brian reached down to grab it, the DJ switched over to Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars, and bam!  They were killing the dance floor.   The coolest part about this is that not even the bride knew they were going to do this and they had worked on their dance in secret for 6 months.  It was amazing!  Brian got skills and so does his mom.  Another moment that was super funny, was when their mom’s brought out their creepy dolls from childhood, My Buddy and Kid Sister but dressed in custom wedding attire.  Brian was scared of it when he was a kid and I really don’t think he got over it!  Great fun, food, and people made this a wedding to remember!
